Important Message
- Provide minimum 5 days notice for bookings and 2 days for cancellation.
- Builder to provide scaffold for all working heights greater than 3 meters
- Estimation may be subject to fluctuation due to supplier or manufacturer material pricing.
- WALLS refer to Floor to Ceiling perimeter walls only (unless otherwise specified)
- CEILING refers to Habitable areas only.
- Garages, Veranda, Alfresco, etc are NOT INCLUDED unless otherwise specified.
- If Trusses are 900mm centres, Rondo battens must be installed BEFORE insulation (by others).
Compliance Certificate will be issued upon completion of job and receipt of full payment.
ACCEPTANCE OF ESTIMATION
Call out fee $100.00 exclusive of GST is payable each time a job site is not ready, and installers have to be sent away.
